Woman dies after being hit by vehicle in Worcester

Police are continuing to appeal for information after a collision in Worcester that sadly led to the death of a woman.

Around 10.15pm on Saturday 30 October, officers received a report of a black Vauxhall Astra having collided with a pedestrian on The Tything near the junction with Castle Street.

Officers and West Midlands Ambulance Service attended.

A 31-year-old woman from Worcester was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham but sadly, subsequently died.

Officers wish to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or captured it on dash cam.
