The 17-year-old, from Malvern, died after the car he was a passenger in, hit parked cars in Weston Street in the early hours of the morning.

Liam’s family have released a picture of their loved one and the following tribute:

This little man left us too soon and will leave a big hole in our family and hearts, god bless you Liam."

A 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has appeared before Dudley magistrates this morning charged with death by dangerous driving, driving without a license, no insurance and failing to stop at the scene.
