A teenager killed in a collision in Walsall last Thursday has been named as Liam Ball.
The 17-year-old, from Malvern, died after the car he was a passenger in, hit parked cars in Weston Street in the early hours of the morning.
Liam’s family have released a picture of their loved one and the following tribute:
"Liam Ball
13/04/2001 - 02/08/2018
This little man left us too soon and will leave a big hole in our family and hearts, god bless you Liam."
A 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has appeared before Dudley magistrates this morning charged with death by dangerous driving, driving without a license, no insurance and failing to stop at the scene. He has been released into the care of Social Services to re-appear at Dudley Youth Court on Wednesday 8 August.
Two female passengers aged 14 were also injured in the collision - one suffered a broken arm and the other minor injuries.
