Public invited to share their experiences of community health and care services in Herefordshire

Herefordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has been collecting feedback about local people’s experiences with primary and community care services, so that they are able to design future services that are tailored to what matters most for patients in their community.

Through July and early August the CCG held a series of public events around the county and have now set dates for more opportunities for people to have their say through September.

Dr Ian Tait, GP and Chair of NHS Herefordshire CCG, said: “Our call for residents to tell us about their experiences of community health and GP services has so far been met with a superb response and we want more people to come along and have a say.

“We are really keen that this enthusiasm continues and people keep coming to our events, which are taking place across the county.

“We are not presenting any plans or proposals, we just want to find out more about how our patients are using our services, what their experiences are and what they want them to look like in the future.”

Dates for the sessions are:

•  Sept 12th 6.30pm - 7.30pm The Hope Centre, Bromyard HR7 4QU
•  Sept 13th  6.30pm – 7.30pm The Masonic Hall, Kington HR5
•  Sept 14th  6.30pm – 7.30pm  The Community Centre, Leominster HR6 8NJ
