Leominster woman given Criminal Behaviour Order

A Leominster woman has been handed a 2 year Criminal Behaviour Order.

The 23-year-old was issued a 2 year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) her conviction for Affray.

The CBO was granted on application by West Mercia Police due to Charlotte Walker causing a significant amount harassment and distress to local businesses, members of the public and the wider community with repeated incidents of anti-social behaviour in Leominster.  

The behaviour was found to have caused alarm and distress to the public and over recent years she has been subject to a significant amount of police contact and interventions.  The majority of these have come about as a result of her behaviour which in the main has impacted on the safety and well-being of others.

PC Alice Bennett said: “Charlotte Walker has placed significant and unnecessary demand on the emergency services through her reckless behaviour."

"She has disrupted the lives of members of the public going about their daily business, impacted on local businesses operating in Leominster and has caused distress and compromised the safety of residents in Leominster." 

"Despite being offered support many times by professionals and warned about her conduct she has persisted in acting in this manner."
