Hereford's Christmas Lights will be switch on in Hereford on Sunday 17th November.

The FREE party kick starts the festive season off in style with Sunshine Radio providing the on stage entertainment for the 10th year in succession.

This year’s show is bigger and bolder than ever culminating in the big switch on of the City’s Christmas Lights for 2019 at 5:30pm.

Through the afternoon there’s performances from the winning school choirs of the Starlight Starbright competition sponsored by Outstanding Education, the music of Disney’s Frozen with singers from the West End as Elsa & Anna and local bands and artists like The Rogues.

The latest chart hits are brought to life with Ariana Grande tribute ‘Very Grande’ and star of boy band Blue, EastEnders & Strictly - Lee Ryan will be popping by to sing his new song and help the Mayor and Santa turn on the lights.

Mark Edwards, Station Manager of Sunshine Radio is excited to be hosting the on-stage entertainment for 2019. “It’s our 10th year of providing the on-stage fun for the Hereford Christmas Lights and our best line-up yet! Totally FREE for everyone, we’re looking forward to launching the festive season in style.”

The Sunshine Live Stage opens in High Town at 3:30 with the Lights Switch On at 5:30pm.
