Four men arrested following disorder outside Ross-on-Wye pub

Police are appealing for witnesses following disorder outside the The Horse and Jockey pub in Ross on Wye yesterday.

Police were called to New Street shortly after 8pm following a report of disorder outside the premises.

Officers attended the scene and two men from Hereford - aged 24 and 25 - were arrested on suspicion of a section 3 public order offence - affray.

Following the incident, a man attended A&E in Hereford where he received treatment.

This morning, two men - aged 19 and 24 - from Herefordshire have been arrested on suspicion of a section 3 public order offence - affray. All four men remain in police custody at this time.

Police are looking for anyone who was in the area at the time who witnessed the incident to come forward.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call West Mercia Police or Crimestoppers anonymously quoting incident number 677S of 18 April.
