Officers carried out a drugs warrant at a commercial property in The Shambles in Worcester.
Denis Voka, 24 and Gjediku Kadri, 41, both of no fixed abode have been charged with cultivation of cannabis and will appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday 7 June).
