A serving West Mercia police officer has been found guilty of drink driving.
Jon Griffith appear at Worcester Magistrates Court earlier today.
The West Mercia Police serving police constable from Worcester police station was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle whilst over the prescribed alcohol limit.
Mr Griffith, who is 46 years old was not on duty at the time of the offence being committed.
Superintendent Rebecca Love said: “Following the court’s verdict, PC Griffith will now face disciplinary proceedings.”
