Flooding and travel disruption could return to parts of Monmouthshire this week, after the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for heavy rain.
The alert runs from 9am tomorrow until midnight, with forecasters warning of persistent downpours and up to 40 millimetres of rain widely – and higher totals in some areas.
With ground already saturated after Storm Goretti, there’s an increased risk of surface water flooding.
