West Mercia Police is appealing for witnesses of an altercation that took place outside a bar on New Road in Kidderminster at around 00.40am last Sunday.
It is believed that an altercation took place on New Road involving a number of people resulting in a woman in her 30s being knocked down and injured.
PC Kate Williams said: “During the early hours of Sunday morning a woman has been assaulted on New Road, Kidderminster.
“The victim was treated for concussion and bruising at hospital, we are appealing for anyone who may have seen this altercation or have any information relating to this incident.”
Enquiries are currently ongoing but anyone who witnessed the incidents is asked to call police on 101 quoting number 035s 271019.
