A 48 year old man from Kidderminster has been charged with assaulting two police officers.
Jason Baker purposefully and forcibly breathed into two police officer’s faces after disclosing he had contracted Covid-19.
It followed his arrest on suspicion of assault for which he has also been charged.
Baker appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates court yesterday where he was remanded to again appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on 28 April and then at Worcester Crown Court on 18 May.
