A 67-year-old - terminally ill man with motor neurone disease - has been given the go-ahead for a legal challenge against the law on assisted dying.
Noel Conway, from Shrewsbury, was originally being refused permission for a judicial review of the blanket ban on helping someone to die.
It differs from the most recent, unsuccessful, claim brought on behalf of Tony Nicklinson - as Mr Conway's been diagnosed as terminally ill.
