Sunshine Radio will be among hundreds of commercial and BBC radio stations to broadcast a one-minute message about mental health this morning.
It'll be broadcast simultaneously at 10.59am, featuring some globally famous voices talking about the stigma of mental health.
Mental health activist and poet Hussain Manawer wrote the piece - which has been voiced by David Beckham, Joanna Lumley and Dame Shirley Bassey.
He says it was inspired by his own experience of grief:
Prolific shoplifter jailed and banned from stores in Monmouth
Appeal to locate Herefordshire man who failed to appear at court
Supported accommodation for care leavers to open in Abergavenny
Concerns raised as calls to mental health team went unanswered
£200,000 available in grants for community, voluntary and sporting groups
