Developers have submitted plans to build four homes on the site of an orchard near Leominster.
Edward Brechtmann has applied to Herefordshire Council for permission to construct the properties and garages on land next to Croft Gate in Stoke Prior.
Residents have until December 28 to comment on the scheme which council planners are expected to consider by January 11.
