Developers want to build five new homes in a village near Ross-on-Wye.
John Watkins has submitted plans to build three bungalows and a couple of two storey homes on land north of Woodend Lane in Gorsley.
Designers working on the scheme say the properties will have traditional and attractive designs and would meet the need for local housing.
Access to the site would be through a recently approved development on the eastern part of the field.
