Developers are seeking permission to build houses on the site of a former timber mill.
Applicant Haywood Homes Ltd has asked Herefordshire Council permission to build five detached homes at Sallie’s Mill on Newchurch Road, Kinnersley.
Residents can comment on the plans before March 14.
Council planners are expected to decide the scheme by April 3.
