Developers have submitted plans to build 16 homes in Ross-on-Wye.
Applicant Emma Wordsworth wants to develop a former 1.5-acre paddock off Merrivale Lane.
Dozens of residents objected to plans for 10 homes on the site last year.
They said at the time that the plans would compound ‘diabolical’ parking problems on a ‘dangerous’ residential town street. Those proposals were withdrawn.
Residents ave until May 24 to comment on the new proposals.
Herefordshire Council is expected to consider the scheme by July 24, 2020.
