Paperchase has secured a rescue deal which will see around a thousand jobs saved.

But the high street retailer's announced 37 of its 127 shops will close permanently as part of the agreement.

Bosses say it's a "tough but necessary decision" to safeguard the company's future.

The stationary chain has stores in Hereford, Worcester, Gloucester and Cheltenham.
