Police are appealing for witnesses after a 52-year-old man was found dead in Ebbw Vale, a day after he was allegedly assaulted near The Picture House pub on Tuesday morning.
A 45-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and released on bail.
Officers urge anyone who witnessed the incident or was at the pub between 9am and 11.30am to come forward.
A referral to the IOPC has been made as part of standard procedure.
