The Mayor of Hereford, Cat Hornsey, will be taking part in the St Peters Church Charity Abseil, to help raise money for the Firefighters Charity.
On Saturday 20th June, the Mayor of Hereford will be one of the team taking on this inclusive, adrenaline-pumping experience on St Peters Church. Last year raised £7,800 in donations, and this year the team at St Peters Church are looking to beat that total!
The money raised will support firefighters nationally through the Fire Fighters Charity. This fantastic organisation provides care and support to the UK's fire family. It helps with any health and wellbeing challenges firefighters, control staff, and everyone working in – or retired from – the UK's fire services, as well as their families, may face - during and after service.
