Ludlow's mayor has completed his Charity Miles week.
Robin Pote challenged local people to run, walk, swim or cycle to raise funds for his chosen charity.
Mr Pote himself set a challenge of riding 100 miles on his bike and managed to beat the target by reaching 137.
The former teacher has raised more than £600 for Ludlow Young Health.
The charity aims to support the mental health of young people aged between 10 and 25 who are finding life difficult.
