Man charged with conspiring to murder appears in court

A man has appeared in court charged with conspiracy to commit murder following the death of a man in Hereford last month.

Artaf Hussain, of Slater Street, Tipton, spoke only to confirm his name at Hereford Magistrates Court this morning.

Robert Eacock, aged 33, of Hereford, died in hospital after suffering a stab wound in an incident on Commercial Street, Hereford on 29 January 2018.

Anthony Boyd from Willenhall has been charged with his murder and is due to appear in court again next month.

Mr Hussain is next due to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
