A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink and drug driving following a serious collision.
Emergency services were called to the two-vehicle collision occurred at around 11.20am on Sunday on the A4113 near Knighton.
A force spokesperson said: “Dyfed Powys Police attended a two vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at approximately 11.20am on Sunday, November 7, on the A4113 near Knighton.”
“The vehicles involved were a silver Peugeot Boxer van and a grey Hyundai Kona. One person was taken to hospital with serious injuries."
“A 42-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of drink and drug driving and has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.”
Anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone who has dashcam footage of the vehicles prior to the collision is asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference DP-20211107-171.
