Police have arrested and charged a man following a distraction theft at an Exton Store on Church Street in Monmouth last month.
Following this incident officers believed the same individual could be responsible for similar offences in Usk including thefts in shops, Manon and Number 49.
A 29 year old man from North Somerset has been arrested, charged and remanded.
