Dog dies following A49 collision

Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision on the A49 Dinmore Hill outside of Queenswood Country Park.

The collision happened at around 2.45pm yesterday (1 January) and involved a Nissan Note in Blue, which collided with a dog.

Unfortunately, the dog suffered serious injuries and passed away at the scene.

Police are keen to hear from anyone with dashcam footage or who may have witnessed the collision.
