Police say they are concerned for a 15-year-old boy in the Hereford area.
Officers believe he is in the city centre area.
The teen is described as white, 6ft tall wearing black puffer jacket, black tracksuit bottoms,white trainers. He also has braces on his teeth.
Anyone with possible sighting is urged call 101.
