Businesses and volunteers in Monmouth are pulling together after Storm Claudia left parts of the town badly damaged.
Once floodwaters receded, thick mud and debris were cleared by residents and volunteers who helped shop owners salvage what they could.
Several businesses, including the Boat House Gallery and Monmouthshire Hearing Centre, suffered major damage, with owners describing the scenes as devastating.
Despite the challenges, the community response has been strong, with neighbours offering practical help, food and support.
