Police want to speak to 42-year-old Mark Milkins in connection with an incident on Mount Pleasant Road, Ebbw Vale.
During the incident, which took place between the evening of Saturday 10th June and the morning of Sunday 11th June 2017, a quantity of cash and a mobile phone was taken.
