Gwent Police is appealing for witnesses in relation to its continuing investigation of arson in the Beaufort Hill/Rise area of Ebbw Vale.
The incident happened at around 5am on October 30th 2018.
The blaze caused extensive damage to a residential property.
Officers are interested in tracing three males who were seen on CCTV in the Beaufort Welfare Hall car park at approximately 5am, also another male whom cctv captured riding a bicycle past the Carinis shop on Beaufort Hill.
Police are also keen to trace the vehicle seen in the attached cctv image which was seen in the area at the time.
