Police are appealing for information after a man exposed himself.
The incident happened on the river bank between Hay-on-Wye and Whitney-on-Wye on Sunday at around 1:50pm.
Anyone in the area who saw anything suspicious was asked to contact Dyfed Powys police on 101.
