Herefordshire Council has deferred making a decision on plans for a premises licence for the Shires Park in Ullingswick.
Diane Elizabeth Thomas has applied for permission for live and recorded music to be played indoors and outdoors at the premises from 11am to 11pm from Sunday to Thursday and from 11am to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
She has also asked for a licence to sell and supply alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 9am to 11pm Sunday to Thursday and 9am to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
However, the council’s licensing sub-committee has requested a site visit before it makes its decision.
Committee chairman Alan Seldon said they would consider the application at a meeting after a site visit on May 7.
“We feel that to understand it fully we need to go and see the site.
“This meeting will reconvene at 2.30pm on May 18 where we will make the final decision.”
