Paramedics treated nine people after a crash on the A49 in North Herefordshire this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the four-car collision on the A49 at Dinmore Hill.
Fire crews from Leominster responded to the incident and made the scene safe.
Nine patients were treated at the scene by West Mercia Ambulance Service.
The road remains partially blocked.
