More than £8,000 worth of tools have been stolen following several van break-ins.
The first incident happened overnight between the 31st October and 1st November. Thieves targeted a van parked in Southwell, Riverside.
Officers said between £2500 - £300 worth of tools were stolen.
Another van was targeted between 8pm last Thursday and 12:40am on Friday in Friars Street. More than £5000 worth of tools were taken from a van,
Police believe both incidents are linked.
