Check out our Spicy video below with the Sunshine Presenters having a go, and then make your own Spice Girls video with your friends, or on your own, with your mobile. Here's how to do it:
- Video yourself or friends performing a snippet of your favourite Spice Girls song using a standard smartphone, video must be no longer than 1 minute and no bigger than 2MB
- Once video is saved to your phone, click on it and mail to spicegirls@sunshineradio.co.uk Add your Full Name and Contact number to the email.
- If the file is too large try clicking www.wetransfer.com Upload the video then send us the link to download.
- Our Top 3 Favourites will be uploaded to the Sunshine Facebook Page for our listeners to vote.

- Tickets entry requirements into the Principality Stadium - ticket holder must be aged 14 or over and accompanied by an adult (Over 18).
- Transport to and from the event will be provided by Sunshine Radio. The winner will be collected from Sunshine Radio on Broad Street in Hereford.
- Competition closes at 10:00am on Tuesday 7th May 2019.
- One entry per household.
- You must be able to attend the concert at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Monday 27th May 2019.
