The Shropshire Hills Vintage Club returns to Stanton Lacy Village Hall for its annual Ploughing Day on 5th September. Gates open at 9am, with ploughing starting at 10am. Entry is £10 per tractor and £3 per spectator. Bacon and sausage baps, tea and coffee will be available throughout the day. In the evening, the bar will be open, a barbecue will be available and there will be live country and western music from Double Focus. All proceeds will go to the Midland Air Ambulance Charity.
