Join us on Saturday 22nd August as we launch the new Stowcaple and Hoarwithy Pilgrimage Trail. Those wishing to take the Isaiah Walk Challenge, 22 miles in a single day, will arrive for a welcome and prayers at How Caple Church at 6.45am. Walkers will set off from the appropriately named Pilgrims Way (next to the church) at 7am. At 11.30am we invite you to take part in a Short Guided Pilgrimage, setting out from St Tysilio's and tracing Christianity at Sellack from 700AD to the present day. This walk is approx. 1 mile long. The Bishop of Hereford will officially open the Pilgrimage Trail at 1pm with a blessing and prayers and this will be followed by a light lunch. Join in with as much or as little as you prefer. And if you prefer to take on a supporting role, approximate timings for Isaiah walkers reaching each church are also available on our website.
