Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre have an events programme jam packed with fun for all the family. With cookery courses, family activities and community events, they have an activity for every occasion, all year round.
We find out about the Mammoth Discovery Anniversary & Apple Day, as they celebrate 40 years since the Condover mammoth discovery. Dr Peter Toghill, President of the Shropshire Geological Society and one of the original team that attended the dig site will be there all day, answering questions and sharing his knowledge and experience of this historical event.
