Worcester Warriors have been suspended from rugby union's Premiership and Premiership Cup for the rest of the season.
The RFU says it's to give administrators "space and time" to secure a deal with the "right investor".
The club will be relegated from the top-flight and start the next campaign in the Championship, unless there's a successful appeal.
