Herefordshire Council's waste team is touring the county as part of the Recycle Week national campaign, which runs 17-23 October.
Members of the council's waste team have a five-location, week-long tour that will allow them to answer residents' recycling questions. As well as handing out useful leaflets and guides, the team also has a limited number of reusable bags-for-life to give to early visitors.
As the theme of this year's national campaign is 'Let's get real about recycling', the Herefordshire team will help people better understand what can and what can't be recycled. The waste team has a display with them that shows residents the ideal contents for their green bins and recycling sacks.
Having kicked off their tour in Ledbury on Tuesday 18 October, the team will be in other market towns on the following dates in October:
Thurs 20 Ross-on-Wye 9am-3pm
Fri 21 Kington 9am-1pm
Fri 21 Leominster 9am-3pm
Sat 22 Hereford City 9am-4pm
