A driver has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving in Herefordshire.
Officers from the Operations Patrol Unit stopped the vehicle after it was seen to be overloaded with building equipment including wheelbarrows.
The van's windscreen was also smashed.
The driver was arrested and the vehicle taken on the road.
