The A465 in Monmouthshire remains closed for investigation work after a serious collision.
Emergency services were called out to the two-vehicle collision at 10:40 this morning.
Two women, one from each vehicle, were taken to hospital for medical treatment.
The condition of the women is not yet known.
The road remains closed between the Skenfrith junction of the A465 and the junction with the A40 at the Hardwick roundabout.
