Three men have been charged with drug offences in Hereford.
Officers stopped three males on the river path under Greyfriars Bridge on Thursday.
Nial Wilding, 22, of Tredegar in Gwent, Lewis Morgan, 28, of Tredegar in Gwent and a 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have all been charged with possession of class A and class C drugs and possession of a weapon.
They are due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court today.
