This year's Sunshine Radio Pride Awards with Lanyon Bowdler will be held virtually this month.
Our 6th annual awards ceremony will be virtual this year and held on Thursday 19th November from 7pm. Our host is our very own Warren Moore. Join us for a fabulous, fun, and interactive evening to celebrate all our local stars and congratulate the heroes that walk our local streets.
How to watch and join in:
The virtual Sunshine Radio Pride awards ceremony will be streamed in real time on Facebook LIVE from 7pm on Thursday, 19th November, but the video will remain available to view on the Sunshine Radio Facebook page afterwards. It will be entertaining and fun to watch it as it happens, so you can share the experience of the evening with others.
In advance, if you start to follow us on Facebook and then click onto the event and then click the going button, then you will receive a notification of the award event. This will become visible about a week before the ceremony reminding you of the event. Facebook will then send you another reminder when the awards is close to starting. You can view the awards on a PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.
Please take part on the night, as we would love to see your support for all our finalists. The video will be streamed in a Facebook post that you can share with your friends. You can also add your comments, photos and emojis. Send messages to the nominees and congratulations to the winners, tag family and friends to make this interactive and engaging, share pictures of your celebrations if someone you know wins an award, and show your love and appreciation as often as you can for the wonderful people who have gone above and beyond in our local communities.

This year’s main sponsor Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors will announce the overall winner at the end of the virtual awards. The awards will last no more than an hour.
