Yeomans Travel has confirmed it will be unable to run several bus services on Monday because of flooding.

A spokesman from Yeomans said: "With a major incident declared in Herefordshire, we have to make some difficult decisions as to whether we can operate our buses along roads with flood warnings on. Just because the buses are bigger, we still have to consider the safety of our staff and the public as well as limiting damage to our vehicles."

On Monday 17th Feb 2020 the following services WILL NOT operate until we have had confirmation from all parties that it is safe to do so:

  • 440 Ewyas Harold to Pontrilas shuttle
  • 446 from Staunton on Wye to Almeley
  • 453/454 services from Hereford to Fownhope
  • 426 Leominster - Bodenham - Marden - Hereford
  • 447 Bredwardine to Hereford
  • 449 will NOT serve Brampton

All other services in and around the city should operate as best we can.

Lugg Valley:

  • 490 Leominster to Ludlow
  • 492 will NOT serve Wellington Village between Leominster and Hereford
  • 495/496 will operate Leominster to Shobdon via Kingsland ONLY
  • 501/502 services from Leominster - Canon Pyon - Hereford
