Police in Monmouthshire are warning people to make sure their sheds and garages are locked.
It follows a spate of burglaries in recent weeks.
Last Friday, a garage was broken into in the Llanvair Discoed area and various items were taken.
Various power tools were taken from a shed in the Magor area last Monday.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Gwent Police.
