Services at Shrewsbury and Telford hospitals 'inadequate'

A hospital trust accused of poor maternity care, which is being investigated over the deaths of babies, has also been criticised by health inspectors.

Staff at Telford's Princess Royal and the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital say there's a "culture of bullying and harassment".

Emergency and maternity services at the two hospitals have been deemed unsafe by the Care Quality Commission.
