Search team locate missing person

High risk missing person found in Ludlow.

Emergency services were searching for the person who had been reported missing by police this morning.

A team from West Mercia Search and Rescue located the person en route to the search area.

A spokesperson said: "Our Search Manager spotted a person matching the description we had been given, and after some careful negotiation was able to ascertain that it was indeed who we were looking for.

"We were then able to safely pass care onto the Police when they arrived."
