A red danger to life warning has been issued for Monmouthshire as Storm Eunice hurtles towards the country.
Winds of up to 100mph could hit parts of the UK on Friday as the storm sweeps through, threatening power cuts, property damage, flooding in coastal areas, and travel chaos.
It comes hours after Storm Dudley battered the UK, with gusts of over 80 mph recorded in some coastal parts of Wales.
The red warning will be in force on Friday from 7am until 12pm.
