Police in Bridgnorth are investigating after a woman was assaulted and a man was threatened yesterday.
The assault occurred at around 12.30pm on Faraday Drive and a woman was taken to hospital with injuries to her hand. The assault is linked to an incident on Innage Lane, shortly before 3pm yesterday when a man was threatened.
Following enquiries, police have arrested a 42-year-old man on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent and assault. He remains in custody as the investigation continues.
